The worst customer experience. There was no customer at the cashier nor cashier line, so I lined at membership line (I am a member but forgot Nike app installed cellphone in the car). During payment, cashier representative told me "please wait at non-member line from next time" with sarcastic sound. Yeah I will do it when there is full of customer in the cashier line.

Now they oblige you to install their app and make a reservation if you want to get into the store. I guess they don't want my money.
Big shop here, more different style and sizes, less tourist.

コロナの感染予防対策ですごい列。 そんなに意味がある？というほどに制限。 途中でお手洗いに行っている間に「途中から合流は出来ません」との注意。 すごく不快だったので二度と行きたくないです。。 あれだけ並んでお手洗いに行かない方がムリです。。
入間に比べたらあるかなぁ
