This is an amazing secluded mountain holiday location. The staff here are great and will make your stay extra special. Dining options include great room service or dining in the main cottage. There is also a bar and a lounge with a fire place to relax in. The accomodation is modern, comfortable and very clean. High recommend for a romantic getaway or family holiday.

Had 2 stays here, once in Dec 2017 & the other in Dec 2018. Great winter resort that feels very much like home. Staff is very friendly, approachable and service was highly personal. We very much enjoyed both our stays here and really hope that we can come back again, soon
Stayed at Pole Pole during winter twice (Dec 2017 and Dec 2018). Friendly staff providing excellent service. Fun activities scheduled during both my stay at Pole Pole. Good place to go to relax. Very clean accomodation.
Such kind staff, nice rooms, and delicious food! We had so much fun snow mobiling, cross country skiing, sledding, tubing, and snowboarding!! Great pricing, and can honestly say my time there was worth every penny!
For tourists I have worked and stayed here for 2 weeks. As an "employee", I can tell you that everything is very clean, the kitchen is cleaned twice a day, and almost everything is made fresh. I have not stayed in the guest rooms or cottages, but also they are very clean and neat. The staff also speaks quite a bit of ENGLISH.
Great food, beautiful accommodation and the staff are friendly and helpful, will definitely be coming back in the future.
