We visited in 12th June 2019. Nice clean and informative. We had lunch at the restaurant and had a good meal. As with all others, we tried the scallop burger and also many other dishes. The kids finished all their food in testimonial of happy delicious food. Along the way, we did see a family of Foxes and also the deers.

A nice place to visit. Went when bicycle touring and didn't even realise how fast time went by when cycling to help centre. Outside there was a fox wondering around, and the food was good. On the second floor there is space that explains how the peninsula was made.

A rest area (toilets, drinks, food and tourist info) for those who drove out there (free parking), with view points looking out to the Russian occupied island, and the desolate sand banks. There's a gift shop. Possibly a good location to catch the sunset (don't think it's open for sunrise). There's a paid service tractor to ferry people to Todowara (if you don't to spend an hour hiking in and out)

A great experience to see deers walking on the frozen bay

Informative visitor centre with lovely staff, good coffee and a great restaurant - kaisendon with a view. Birdwatching on the peninsula was full on action movie standard.

Hotate(Scallop) burger and Shima Ebi(shrimp) are the best menu at this place. We were lucky to have fresh, live Shima Ebi because it is caught only for 2 months per year. The view at Todowara was beautiful :)
