Very complete gym for it's size. Two squat racks, two bench press benches, a few incline and other benches with plenty of free weights as well as a lat machine and a few other machines. On the cardio side there are several types of bikes and a couple of running machines with some recently added TVs. The changing rooms are small (room for about 8 to crowd in?) but clean. The bath and shower room is actually roomier. Sometimes it takes a while for the hot water to make it to the showers, so if you're there early, it's worth turning one on before you disrobe. If someone is staying in the lodging there, the bath is full and you can have a bath as well as shower. It's officially for lodgers, so it may not be available or particularly hot. There is lodging available, as well as a cafeteria, but I can't rate those. I can say that the shaved ice in the lobby is really good! For 400 yen it's a large serving, and several delicious flavors are available.

雪華を、食べてきました。 ボリュームがあって、超美味しい。それであって400円！
ここの食堂が穴場でセットメニューがリーズナブルです‼️

ジムとかあるし、飯もまぁまぁ安いし タバコが中で吸えないのが️残念
ぱわっくの御飯が美味しいです。
