Staff could speak English and were extremely helpful. They let me try several different chairs, pointing out color options and explaining how to use the different adjustment mechanisms. When I selected a chair, they even granted me a further discount because the chair had signs of wear. They ensured I thoroughly examined the damage before purchasing to ensure I was satisfied with the quality and price. They only accept cash, but can issue offcial receipts for reimbursement purposes. They also offered a variety of shipping options, which were very reasonable. This chair cost 1500 yen to ship and will arrive in one week from now. Their inventory hardly showed signs of wear, and everything I tried functioned well. I would highly recommend this store for discounts on used office furniture!

こちらで下見をしてからネットでランクAのを他店舗にて注文させて頂きました。椅子はスチールケースのリープV2で若干の汚れ、傷ありたしたが品質に問題なし。机はオカモト スイフトデスクタイプでこちらは汚れ、傷がほぼありませんでした。私の場合、リープとスイフト合わせると新品で30万円以上して手が出せませんでしたが、こちらで予算10万未満に抑えることができ、大変満足です。家でデスクワークされる方で、体への負担が少ない人間工学に基づいた家具をお探しで、コストも抑えたい方にオススメします。

オフィス用家具(机、椅子メイン)を取扱う店です。 今回、長時間作業向けの椅子を探していることを店員さんに伝えたら、すぐにオススメの椅子を紹介してくれました。 店員さんの説明も、ハキハキと初心者でもわかりやすい説明でしたので助かりました。 さらに、他の椅子も紹介してくれたのですが、それぞれメリットデメリット教えてくださったので椅子選びにとても役立ちました。 閉店ギリギリの時間ながらも丁寧な接客をしていただき、本当にありがとうございました。

開業するのでオフィスの家具を探しに店舗に行きました。 最初店員さんが忙しそうにしていて話かけにくかったが、 いざ話してみるととても誠実に対応してくださいました。 正直、展示している家具は綺麗では無い様に思いましたが、 その場で、クリーニングするとここまで綺麗になる。と 実演していただけたのが決め手となり諸々お任せしました。 価格も他社様の金額を正直にぶつけたところ、 非常にがんばっていただけました。 コピー機や電話機も導入しましたが、 今のところ不具合は無く使えています。 見積もりが出るまで少し時間が掛かったが、 導入希望日には間に合ったので満足しています。

ネット販売されている椅子を店へ見に行ったが傷がひどいものにオンライン上で状態はAと書かれていた。店員は二人しかおらず、共に電話対応を行っていたために、店内で10分以上待たされた。その店員も電話で伝える内容を間違え、何度も同じ人に電話をかけ直していた。状態が良いものを選びたいと伝えたのにもかかわらず、出す椅子は結局状態の悪いもの順。店員の話し方も馴れ馴れしかった。
