The English speaking staff was good. The other staff felt uncomfortable. I will never use this bank again. And not recommended.

Words cannot describe how I hate this bank. The services are terrible, especially the manners of staff are unacceptable. It is also very inconvenient since it closes at 3pm. I really do not want to come here anymore but I have no choice since Beppu only has this small bank. I really do not recommend anyone using this bank service.
