Biwako lake was nice and the trees are very close to lake so you can sit under the trees if you could find anyplace;) But it was very crowded and very dirty beach. BBQ every where. I don’t like there.

I rated 5 because the fresh water is lovely, not at all salty like sea water. A few skyjet owners offer to take you for a ride so don't be afraid to ask them to. The campsite was abit littered though, very unlike Japan but I suspect camping foreigners are the culprits.

Perfect camp place even in the middle of September. The place has been almost empty, we only met a few locals.
