Definetely a unique experience. If you werent avidly looking for it , just looks like a washed up kinkos with terrible florescent lighting. the lounge wasnt open when i first passed earlier in the evening . went to eat dinner at the only place that was open, a curry /udon chain near the underpass of a highway ( the location of this lounge is far from wonderful) and then it had reopened, in time for their departures. check in system is simple, and they print out a ticket for you . offers last minute gifts at the kiosk but not a good selection at all. the drinks on the street outside the depot are cheaper and has a wider variety than the "lounge". However they do have free hot or cold tea. green tea or coffee and offer a paper cup to do so. please dont refill your own bottle here, and make the rest of us seem like animals. they have charging outlets around but the decour of the place is very shabby.. despite decent pleather seats, the design and layout of the lounge make it seem like purgatory. the bus will not stop in front of the lounge so for those who have more luggage, or have a disability , the line they make you form in the lounge is a joke especially when you have to walk about 2 city blocks and cross a crosswalk to get to the bus. Depending on the bus, you may want to find another overnight-bus company . ( my seats, my boarding times, were also abit dis satisfactory and many changes could have been recommended)

It's a whole new experience for a bus VIP lounge! Friendly staff with a smiley face, free refill drink consist of black tea, green tea, milk tea both hot and cold. But the best part for me is, they lend makeup for free. We can borrow it and apply it on our face and return it for free
The service and facilities are great. They start to open at 8 pm.
Good place to wait for the bus!

Free beverages available, and also toilets and changing rooms. The air conditioning is also very nice.
Glad to found this place. After a night travel, you can rest and take a shower here. So refreshing.
