The brewery is nice and has explanations in English too. The sake tasting is fun and their sake is actually really delicious. I highly recommend people to visit this place.

I was amazed that there was much to see on the outside then inside. Inside the factory was quite small and there are only some exhibition on the 2nd and 3rd floor, which took only about 30 minutes to go through even if you watch the whole introduction video. The sake-making process in the factory on the 1st floor can be seen through the glass on the upper floors, although the view is quite limited. The 1st floor is dedicated to sake and souvenirs shopping only. But the natural scenery in front of the factory was indeed a sight that's a feast to the eyes! A large pond filled with koi fish and many kinds of flowers, not to mention the great woodwork

One of the most internationally renowned sake brands of Asahikawa in Hokkaido. A museum for those who have a keen interest in the brewery and history of sake. A counter for free tasting of sake. Tried and loved the rich ice-cream made from Daiginjo sake lees and cold liquor of \Otokoyama\. Souvenirs are available too

Interesting sake distillery that uses water from near by glacier mountains for the wines. Has free tasting and good spread of sake to choose from. An eye opener too, to see locals queueing to bring home buckets of water from the glaciers.
