Hard to deal with. For starters they took my computer in for a whole month, when they quoted 1-2 weeks. They told me to get a bigger case, which was ridiculous because I only had three hard drives. The new case is giant, and heavy, making it much harder to ship home. They then told me that I'd have to pay for them to reinstall Windows 10 for 10,800 yen; something literally anyone can do. This didn't even come with a product key, so I had to pay the product key on top of that for 2,000 extra. That doesn't even consider the inspection key they lumped on which was another 10,800 yen. So, them looking at the computer and installing Windows cost me 23,600 yen; without even doing anything! Then the case, because it was so big and heavy, cost an additional 21,000...then the cooler which they added on because my other one wasn't \compatible\ (except it was because it's advertised as such and was not the reason I brought it in). All in all, the bill came to 61,000-odd yen...for a repair job. But here's the BEST part! I came back, and the fresh new install of Windows they put on...was corrupted! Hooray! So I had to REINSTALL Windows and thus have to buy ANOTHER product key. Calling them on the phone, and they were incredibly rude and confrontational about why they messed up the install. Absolutely ridiculous. I feel like I have been scammed and I shall NOT be giving them any of my business again.
Cheap used computers, computer maintenance, cheap own brand generic computers, computer building to customer specificatiins and computer parts make Pasokoubou a unique resource. The staff are a bit dour, to put it midly, but kind.
パソコンが好きでよく行かせて頂いています。 先日ノートパソコンを新調しようとしたところ新人と思われる女性の方が対応してくださいました。 対応は時間がかかったものの親切にしてくださってとても感謝していますが、後ろの方で仕事していた店員さんが手伝うなり一緒にやってあげるなりしてあげればいいのになと感じていたのですが、彼女が彼らに質問してもそんな様子はなく、寧ろ冷たい視線を浴びせていたような感じがしました。彼女が至らない点もあるかとは思いますが何か悪事を働いたので無ければあのような態度はしないほうが良いのではないか、と感じます。 これからも利用したいので店員さんが皆笑顔で明るく働ける環境づくりを心がけてほしいと切に願っています。
