I had never done martial arts before, but after some time I was able to obtain my blue belt. I became more confident in my kicks and punches after breaking boards. The training is always challenging, but fun. The main location is a bit small, but there is also a class on Tuesday evenings at the Oyama city Budokan. The instructor is kind and patient. He speaks English & Japanese.
