These are some of the best canneles in Tokyo you'll find!!! They are far better than any famous department store's. They are freshly baked and amazingly authentic. You can tell they were baked properly in bronze containers. The baked sweets are amazing in flavor and you can really tell the chef uses Spanish almonds in her baked goods, not cheap standard almond powder. Few sweet shops don't cut corners like this one. I can guarantee this shop uses authentic and certifiable ingredients! it's kind of out of the way and hidden but if you use Google maps you'll have no problem navigating.

金土限定販売の 焼きたてカヌレが絶品の小さなケーキ屋さん 立教大学の裏の住宅街の中にある普通なら見逃してしまいそうな場所にありますが、ファンも多く開店時間には列ができます。 カヌレは表面は硬めでザクザク、中はまるでカスタードクリームの様なとろっとした食感です！ 初めて食べた時、表面と中の生地のギャップに驚きました！ ほのかな苦味もいいアクセントになり大人の味のカヌレです！ 2番人気のチーズケーキも濃厚でチーズの風味がとても豊かでした！ だいたい12時と16時にカヌレが焼き上がるので行くときは時間を合わせた方が良いと思います。
カヌレとチーズケーキをいただきました。両方とても美味しかったです！プレゼントだったのですが、大好評でした。店員さんも素敵なかたで、並んでいるのも納得のお店でした。また買いに伺います。
値段が手頃で美味しかったので満点付けました️しっかり生地で甘さも良いバランスです。卵黄しっかり、ラム抑えめみんな食べ易いと思います。均一でしっかり焼けて綺麗なので(石窯なのかな？)オモタセアリですね。
公園近くの静かな住宅街にある小さなお店です。 ネットで見て一度この店のカヌレが食べたかったので、雨の中お邪魔しました。 周りはカリッと中はしっとり、とても美味しかったです
