We (2 adults and 2 kids) went during the long holiday around noon and was able to get the tickets for 12:45 slot but it was really just minutes before the tickets were sold out! We were lucky! :) My kids had a great time there, they played the full two hours! The place is clean and most people take turns to play so we could played all things in there. After that, we had a late lunch at the cafe and read some books at the library on the first floor!

It's a brand-new huge place filled with high-quality imported European toys. It's great, yet so cheap compare to the chain in Tokyo.

コロナ拡大の度に中途半端な長期の臨時休業を繰り返すなら、 1階のまちライブラリーと同様、閉業した方が良いかと。
ボールプールはやってないのかーいw まぁまだ沢山遊具はあるからいいか！ 時間制なのがメリハリ有ってとても 施設もリニューアルしとのか、外観からは予想も出来ないくらい綺麗です！ 駐車場がないので、近隣のパーキングに駐車することになります。 施設を利用したら3時間無料にしてくれます
0歳から遊べる、子どものテーマパーク。 年々行くたびに子どもの成長も感じられる場所です。 親が座って休めるスペースもあり、とてもありがたいです。 駐車場は建物を正面から見て右側にあります。 千歳タウンプラザ（ピッピ ちとせ）を ご利用の方は、3時間無料になります。
札幌市内から高速で到着 期待しすぎで行った我々でしたが残念でした。 千歳近郊の方なら良いのでしょうが そうじゃない場合ここまで来るより 新札幌のキッズファンタジーリゾートの方が段違いで良いかな。と思いました。 ますクールを買わなければ遊べないこと。 ネットなどでは買えないので店内まで足を運ばないとならない点。 その買ったクールまでの時間の暇つぶし場所がない。 外観のどこにもピッピ千歳なるもの表記がなくてなかなか分かりずらい。 ボーネルンドの遊具であれば札幌市内にも遊ぶ場所が出来たのでここまでわざわざ足を運ぶ必要性がありません。
