Very quiet and clean every where. Near the boarding gate around the 50th boarding gate, there is an escalator on the second floor. In front of the escalator, it's a cafe. You are likely to get lost, but be careful as it is a cafe. At the entrance of the lounge, there is an entrance where one receptionist stands just behind the escalator. We will post both the relevant card and the ticket shown at the security office. There are no announcements of flight arrivals and departures. Hot coffee, hot milk etc. are put in the machine by yourself. Ice coffee, mineral water juice, vineguard link etc. are put in fashionable bottles and placed on the counter. It is always hygienic and can be used comfortably anytime. In summer and winter holidays we see small children, but in the other seasons it is very quiet and we can spend a relaxing time. The counter seat and the window seat had an outlet that can be charged anywhere. There is also a bathroom in the room. 搭乗口50番代前後の搭乗口近くに、エスカレーターがあり、その二階にあります。エスカレーターを降りた目の前がカフェになっていて、一見ラウンジの入り口かな？と迷いそうになりますがそれはカフェなので気をつけてください。ラウンジの入り口は、エスカレーターを降りてぐるっと真後ろに受付の方が1人立っている入り口があります。該当のカードと保安検査所で見せたチケットの両方を掲示します。中は飛行機の発着便のアナウンスは一切流れません。ホットコーヒー、ホットミルクなどはマシンで自分で入れます。アイスコーヒー、ミネラルウォーターりジュース、ビネガードリンクなどはオシャレなボトルに入れてカウンタに置いてあります。常に衛生的でいつ行っても気持ちよく利用出来ます。夏休みや冬休みシーズンは小さなお子様を見かけますが、それ以外のシーズンはとても静かで、ゆっくりした時間を過ごせます。カウンター席、窓際席はどこにでも充電できるコンセントがついていました。中にお手洗いもあります。

I stayed here nearly 3hrs. It is really nice and calm place. There is a JAL outlet here. I was able by a nice aircraft model of JAL. There is a small UNICLO outlet also here. You can buy some clothing too. Not very expressive. There were ATM's of different banks and there was JP post office also there. Toilets were clean and not too much crowded.
Nice lounge with a good variety of drinks (and croissant in the morning). Can get crowded during rush hours (which are almost all hours for Tokyo Haneda). Sit behind the glass wall and you'd have yourself a plane sighting spot over one of the busiest airports in Japan.
Nice amount of seating. Plenty areas for charging electronics. Nice area and good service. Close to a bathroom. Air conditioning.
Nice open spaces, comfy chairs with power outlets at every seat. Would be nice to have food options.
