Staff were super helpful and know alot about their product. Ended up getting the perfect fit and learning alot more about the brand and also how to properly care for them. Also got a leather cream and little canvas bag as a gift too! Highly recommend going to this store and picking up some very unique shoes that with a bit of care, with last you for many many years.

Nice shop and friendly staff. Shoes are great and even large sizes for tall people are available. I bought 30cm and it was no problem.

I'm a tourist from Taiwan. I visited this store several times, bought a 8106 oxford and a 101 postman here so far. Although there's Red Wing official store in Taiwan as well, I think the quality of service and the profession of staffs definitely worth a visit!
