Amazing experience renting a bike with them. Adrian and Kazuki were real lifesavers. Totally recommended!

Be sure to have an international driving permit. I'm conflicted in this review, the man at the location spoke little to no English but he was friendly, patient, and polite. With the help of technology we were able to arrange the rental for 4 days. I wanted to cruise around the city with my wife, so I wanted a slightly smaller scooter that could still hold 2 people. We settled on the Honda PCX hybrid 125cc (ya, a hybrid scooter-who knew). The scooter and helmets were all in great shape. What we soon found out is the city itself is not motorcycle friendly in the least. It's great getting around, but there are virtually no options to park anywhere. When we thought we found a place to park (right next to 5 or so other scooters) we came back shortly after to find a parking warning on the handlebars (I guess that parking was for 50cc scooters only). Then we accidentally got steered onto the highway and were scolded by the toll attendant because, as it turned out, you can't ride 2 up on a 125cc bike. By the end of day one we felt like we were more prisoner to the bike instead of a rider so we went back to the shop hoping for a return. The staff member put us in touch with the main office who luckily has great English, but at first was not keen to refund much. After some talking and explaining our parking issues they took pitty on us and made a refund that I could accept, basically giving us back the daily rental charge but keeping the mandatory insurance charges for the remaining days. In summary, this place has good people that I would do business with again, but I advise anyone to #1. Start with a short rental term to get a feel of the city and #2. Really only consider it if you are going to cover some ground and get outside of the city.
Good bikes, good people.
Wonder Staff ! Well maintain equipment.
The staff is extremely friendly and is always quick to get you on your way. I'm pretty sure the location manager speaks English, but I'm not sure to what level.
