Great rental shop. I love my rental service there except a less experienced staff try to stick my children on old carvers when I order performance skis for powder skiing ....otherwise great ! Pickup n drop off on the house . Lots of ski clothing n accessories for sale. Very busy place; friendly staff

Slightly pricey but you get good gear and service. Pickup and drop up was particularly helpful. Would definitely recommend it when heading to hakuba

Cannot express how amazing my experience here was and not to mention they have the rental process down to a science. The staff here and customer service is unmatched, I wish I could individually thank each staff member I interacted with during my stay in Hakuba. I would recommend this shop to anyone!
Highly recommend Rhythm! By far the best rental equipment experience I have ever had. Staffs are knowledgeable and helpful. They have quite a few staff too so you never have to wait long if at all. Equipments are well maintain. Their return process is also fast and simple! It may be slightly more expensive than others but you can’t beat their amazing service, process & equipments :)
