A strong desire to move on in my career came upon me about a year ago and timing couldn't have been better because that was when Robert Half approached me over LinkedIn if I was interested in a very attractive role at a renowned Software Company. To start with, we had a very good chat on ZOOM to get to know each other. This helped me feel more positive about my move to Japan. I got to know 3 recruiters through the process and all of them are very patient, helpful, informative and nice. I couldn't quite decide in which business area I should focus on after a career break, but they know how to match my skills and experiences to suitable employers. I will definitively recommend Robert Half to my friends.

I'm very happy that I discovered Robert Half. I was helped by Lin and Victoria and they were really friendly and helpful. The employment process was quick and painless, and I was thoroughly guided in submitting all the needed documents for employment. Oh and also, Robert Half offers high quality jobs, to my knowledge, most of their partner companies value their staff and treat them with respect. Their positions are paid well, too. If you're in Japan and looking for an IT job, the only understandable reason you wouldn't give Robert Half a try is that you don't know about it... yet ️

I have got helped by A B and Lin from Robert Half Japan. I am writing this review to express my thankful feelings for them. From the first regular meeting with them, I felt that I would get a great opportunity in my career in Japan. They suggested to me a more proper job position that I can perform my best based on my experience and potential. They helped me sincerely and friendly during the whole of my next career stepping process. I remember that A B was sitting next to me during the first interview with my current company. Even though I am not a native Japanese speaker and get nervous easily, I was able to express all that I prepared for the interview because my friend was next to me. Also, I needed to get a work visa in Japan and my situation was quite urgent in every aspect. They have already lots of experiences about visa work so they helped and prepared all the documents in time for me and I could get the visa without any issue. I have been working for 2 months so far and I am very satisfied with my new work, company culture, atmosphere, and colleagues as well. To sum up, Lin and A B are: - Analyze candidates' experience and potential precisely and recommend the best positions for them. - Take quick actions every time to take chances for their clients - Develop good and sincere 'Agent and Client' business partnerships (which means they can get better chances for their candidates) - Have become good friends at the same time * Sorry for the late review. I truly felt like Mr. Li cared about helping me get the right position that suited me and was willing to go that extra mile whenever needed. By far the best recruitment company I have ever worked with. Lin and Victoria did a great job of finding my first job in Japan. They scouted me nearly on the first day when I made myself available on different online platforms and gave me assistance with various things that were outside their "scope". I needed a lot of help with administration related to being a new employee in Japan and they always supported me instantly.
