Hi, The most xenophobic, disrespectful unprofessional Real Estate agency in Planet Earth. I just want to share my experience with this "agency" I'm a foreign national living in Japan over 10 years. Decent Japanese ability and financially stable. I inquired on 4 properties through their website. The next day one sales agent called me and we set up an appointment to visit the offices. Before going, I asked the sales staff what the requirements would be for signing up a contract. They told me the basic docs on all the contracts of this nature Japanese national guarantor. I told them I had a Japanese friend who could sign, no probs. The next day I went visit the offices and after ending, I called to the office to initiate the paperwork. A new sales staff, I don't recall his name now, started with excuses to do not rent the office to me. I asked the guy why was that, and he said that literally that "with foreigners is difficult". I was shocked and told him that if they reject me because my nationality, this is discriminatory and xenophobic. The sales guy admmited that the real porblem was my nationality and asked me go somewhere else. I could listen in the background some losers laughing at me on the phone. So for this company is not enough with the discriminatory behavior, also, they are the most disrespectful people you can find. A bunch of clowns I would say. So to summarize: If you are a foreigner, I recommend you to stay away from this company. If you are a decent human being that happens to be born in Japan and hold Japanese nationality, I don't recommend use this company and support its nasty and unmoral business conducts. Finally of you are a piece of sh*** and want to support a company like this, it's all good. God will take care of you eventually. Cheers !
