The worst experience. I might have to spend about 300,000 yen (3000 USD) to go to Thailand (visa, flight fee, quarantine hotel, PCR). I needed to talk to them before making a decision. But they are extremely impolite. They don't hesitate to hurt people's feelings. I wish I didn't need to go there again. I didn't shout. I didn't say anything rude. But they told me that they would not give me a visa if I didn't leave immediately. Why do they need to threaten me like that??

The people at the Consulate were decent (four stars for them). The problem was with receiving inaccurate information that costed me a lot of time, money, and energy with my application process. This is not necessarily the fault of RTC Osaka, however, but more to do with the (I am sorry to say) poor communication ability of the decision makers who make the Thai visa policies (one star for them). Thus, I'll average it to three stars.
I am a citizen of USA, currently in Japan due to covid19. Went here in attempt to get back to thailand. I had a very nice experience here, unlike many of the reviews, which had me nervous. Staff were friendly, spoke clear english, and gave me the information I needed.
Offices and workers are \professional\ in offending visitors' feelings. So impressive. If you need to go there, I feel for you.
