I accidental found this place and I was thoroughly pleased. Lovely hosts, reasonably priced and the food was remarkable. I got the vegan soy karage and Gyoza and it was perfect. If you’re an English speaker who’s Japanese isn’t strong, they are also speak English.
Best vegan food I've eaten in Japan. I tried almost everything on the menu over two days. Wonderful place in all ways!

A cozy & delicious cafe with great staff! They said my order would take time, so they gave me complimentary appetizers, which was very sweet. The vegan curry in the picture was beautiful and delicious! It's close to Asakusa and Ueno, so if you plan to go to either of these places, I highly recommend visiting Ryusen! ビーガンカレーがとってもお洒落でおいしかったです！スタッフの方も丁寧で優しく、雰囲気のいいカフェでした。浅草と上野にも近いので便利です。
