Excellent experience. My windshield cracked badly and needed to be repaired. I shopped around and talked to different glass repair. There were lots of reasons why I ended up choosing this shop. - The guy I spoke to was very enthusiastic about glass. He seemed to love his job and loved talking about it. - Their prices were very competitive, and offered warranty that other shops didn't. - They were very fast. They did not have the windshield for my vehicle, but had it shipped out that night, and ready to install on my vehicle the next day. - They offered a loaner vehicle at no charge. Even with the payment process, they were very friendly, walked me through everything, maintenance tips, etc. Highly recommended! * This review is in English, but I speak Japanese. I don't know if this shop speaks English as I spoke to them in Japanese.

予約をして行くと、待ち時間無しで代車が用意されていて、お得なガラスも紹介して頂けます。安いので、車両保険を使わずに交換しました。 自宅に屋根付き車庫があれば、出張でガラス交換をやって頂き、午前中に交換すれば夕方には乗り出す事が出来てとても便利です。
