Had an individual lesson booked through our hotel however when we went to the ticket counter they said they were fully booked and nothing was available. Even when we showed the email advising of our booking they still advised nothing was available for us. Upon our return to our hotel it was advised that there was another building to check in for the lesson. The person at the counter could have easily directed us to the other building as she was aware that our hotel had arranged the lesson for us. This has meant that we have missed our lesson due to the incompetence of the staff member at the ticket counter.
