At the beginning they told me a specific day for delivery the stuffs, but after that they changed and they came 2 weeks lately. The responsible as well: If you write e mail they Don't answer and then when they see you on real after a couple of days they pretend something like: oh I was answering you. They act very friendly as long as they get the confirmation and the money. After that they disappear and they don't care anymore. They come to measure and if something wrong with the stuffs they tell you: we said you should take out that pipes (even i never heard so). And even you have japanese speaker translator they just say it is your fault because you don t speak much Japanese. If you don t have enough worker, then employ, and if you are not able to organize a job, pay someone for that The worst experience ever. Go to another tenpos in the city. It might be better (hopefully)
