Purchased the Fuji-Q package here (Express bus and park admission). Excellent staff who did their best to translate all the information details to my group in English. The Express bus from Ikebukuro cannot be reserved in advance but we had no issues buying the tickets the day prior. The bus stop itself is just a block away from this location.

綺麗で快適な場所ですが男性従業員が「うぇへへへへ」と大きな声で笑い続けて不気味です。
時間に余裕があればこちらの施設で休憩した方が良いと思います。携帯の充電やトイレ、スーツケースの施錠も可能。チケットを購入以外にも乗車予定の変更もこちらでできます。
池袋東口､高速バス乗り場の脇道にあります｡バス券売り場の窓口が２つ､あとは自販機､トイレ､携帯充電器があり2階は女性専用スペース席。こじんまりとしていますが 出発時間まで乗り場のベンチで待つよりは 冷暖房完備で雨風しのげありがたいです。 バスター新宿みたいに大きくありませんが 大変助かります。
窓口の横には待合室があります。 ２階には女性専用部屋もあります。
高速バス乗り場から50m程奥まった所にあります。
自動券売機あり。伝票を記載して窓口での発券もできる。待合室は広くはないが夏は冷房、冬は暖房が効いていて快適。２階もあり。無料の携帯充電スタンドあり。 発車時間の放送や画面表示があり、乗り遅れしないで済むのはありがたい。 特に雨の日は助かる。
