It's a nice pool in Setagaya. It has an adult pool, a kid's pool, a hot water Jacuzzi, a cold water Jacuzzi and if course showers. The ticket for the pool includes usage of locker room (one locker per ticket). A one hour tickets costs 260 yen and 520 yen for two hour ticket. Timing counts from the time you enter the locker room and ends at exit. For a comfortable swimming experience, you should buy a two hour ticket.

Finally reopened after a long closure - not just due to the pandemic but the facility had been undergoing a long maintenance/repair - so for all practical purposes, it had been closed since the start of the year. For the foreseeable future, there is a 1hour time limit for all users.
From the beginning of June to the end of August, the two-hour ticket is strictly for two hours long, but during the off-season, you can stay as long as you like. weekends during the summer months this place can get crazily crowded so best to avoid. Weekdays at night is the best time to go. They have a break starting 10 minutes before 10 am, noon, 14, 16, 18, and 20 pm.
Best place for swimer
A nice small pool. You can either get a one hour ticket for 270 or an all day ticket for I think 560. The facility is very clean and bright. Once you get to the pool deck, theres pools to the left and to the right. There was a pool fitness class when I went, but there were still about 3 lanes for anyone to swim in. If you get a one hour ticket, make sure you know when the 10 minute breaks are. Because it will take 10 minutes out of your hour that you can't swim.
This is a fun place to go with kids. It has a big warm pool (too hot for serious exercise though), as well as a small circular pool (0.9m, so not deep) with a current and a nice slide. I didn't see much in the way of signs in English... probably easier to navigate if you speak/read Japanese (I didn't try with just English; there may be staff who can help).
My neighborhood pool .. Olympic size not too crowded during weekdays
For weight training don't bother. The training room is severely limited in equipment. There is no squat rack, power rack, or bars of any kind. There is a selection of dumbbells, 2 benches and half a dozen various other machines. Ticket price is also very expensive compared to other community centres. 2 hours is 480, compared to Nakano gym which is only 140 for the same time period and much better weight equipment. Rated 3 because I didn't use the pool facilities, but training facilities are 1 star.
