A very small, local bread and sweets spot in Shimokitazawa. 7-8min on foot from the station. Staff folks are always friendly, and their really tiny space (please don’t overlook!) is filled with carefully cooked bread, sandwich, sweets etc. Everything is fragrant, textured and what is more, beautifully balanced. Opens 11:30, but would be sold out in early afternoon. Wonderful!

コロナ禍において外出を最低限にしていた時期も、まず電話に出ない。開店しているのか、欲しいパンがまだあるのかの確認も出来なくて何度も無駄足になった。対応を考えてもらいたい。パンそのものはとても美味しいが、あたりはずれなのか、大きな気泡が入っていることが多く、サンドイッチに使えないことが多い。
下北沢駅から歩いて10分くらい。営業日が変則的なのでいつ開いているのかよく分からないまま訪問。基本的に月-水が休み、木はドーナツdayの可能性があるとのこと。平日の13:30に行くとほぼ全商品売り切れ。 食パン360円とマロンケーキ510円を購入。マロンケーキはかなり大人な味。マロンペーストもグラッセもしっかり感じますが何よりラム酒が効いています。お酒に合いそうな仕上がりで好み。食パンは素朴ですが食べ応えがあります。小麦の味がしっかりしていて優しい甘みすら感じます。 本当はもっとたくさんの種類があるとのことなので機会があれば早い時間に行きたいと思います。
