I showed up with no appointment, during reception hours for a consultation regarding a fracture (6 weeks old and treated in Europe). Within 30 minutes I’d had an X-ray done and 10 minutes later I was with the doctor and 2 nurses. Efficient, friendly and he took the time to explain what the next steps would be. His advice helped me a lot. That day I paid roughly 11,000 for the X-ray, consultation, bandage and ankle support. Since I’m in the process of joining the Japanese healthcare system they made it easy and explained how to claim a refund later. Today I had my first physio session. The therapist was punctual, friendly and we got by with a little bit of Japanese and a little bit of English. I feel loads better now, after the session (part massage, part microwave treatment). Everything’s been really good so far. So it’s 5 stars from me! I’ll update if the overall experience changes for the worse over the next sessions but I think the 5 stars will stay! ️️️️️

先日、母が急に腰痛になり新型コロナの影響もあるため、病院に行くのをためらっていましたが、日に日にひどくなるので受診しました。結果、骨粗鬆症による腰椎圧迫骨折の診断でした。 このような世の中ですし外出して受診するのを迷っていましたが、行ってみると院内のあちこちの窓やドアが開放されてよく換気されていました。受付にはビニールシートの仕切りがあったり、ウイルス用だと思われる換気装置があちこちにあったり、気を使っているようで安心しました。 コロナの影響か口コミにあるような混雑はなく、むしろ空いてる感じでしたので、高齢の母にも安心感があり、もっと早く連れて来れば良かったです。先生も時間があるせいか、たくさん説明してくれました。 今後は、骨粗鬆症の治療もしていく予定です。先生が気さくな感じでお話しやすかったです。

院内はきれいで、先生は親身に適切な診断をしてくれるので膝が痛み始めたら通います。先生自身がトライアスリートのようで、だからこそわかる痛みの予防や軽減のお話はとてもためになります。

股関節の痛みで通っていますが、随分と楽になってきました。結構混んでいますが、丁寧な診察をしてくれる先生です。 ビルの3階にあって少しわかりにくいですが、駅からすぐ近くて便利です。

駅から近く、クチコミの評価も良かったので伺いました。何ヶ月も患部が痛くて治らず受診したのに｢日常生活に支障はないんでしょう？｣と何度も言われ、ショックでした。歩けなかったり、患部が動かせない状態では無いでしょう、と。リハビリの先生が丁寧で優しかった分、肝心の先生の対応が心なく感じてしまい、通わなくなりました。
