Staff are extremely kind and helpful. I have a lot of bad experience with these kinds of offices but this one was the best. I didn’t feel like ‘that foreigner’. My Japanese is pretty good so I guess that helped. Not sure about if you don’t speak Japanese. They have helpful examples and guides that English speakers can use to understand the confusing kanji sheets. Thank you to the staff here :)

コロナの為、現在入り口に受付員がいるが、センター分けのおかっぱの50代くらいの女性の態度が悪い。マイナンバーを作りたいと伝えたが、時間がかかると言われ（それは承知の為問題なかったが）「三茶に行ったほうが一番早く作れます。」と強気で投げ遣り。まったく相談に乗る素振りもない。そんな人が受付にいても意味ないです。態度が悪すぎて帰りました。気分が悪くなるのでそういう方は表には出ずに、裏方で仕事して欲しいと思いました。 他の用で（障害のある）男性の方に対応してもらいましたがその方はとても丁寧で親切でした。

久しぶりに伺ったら、スタッフが入れ替わっているようで、素晴らしい対応。 スムーズに気持ちよく手続きができました。 敢えて、以前の投稿も残しておきます。 もちろん以前の評価は1でした。 役所から送られた保険関係の書類の問い合わせをしたら、解らないけれど、お支払いはしてくださいと。 疑問に思ったので一旦持ち帰り改めて電話したところ支払い義務はなく書類は破棄してくださいとのお返事。 勉強不足なパートがいるのは困る。 解らなければ他の方に聞いてきちんと対応してほしい。
