The decor is nice and the quality of the food is good. However, despite the staff's assurances that certain menu items could be prepared completely not spicy, this was not the case. I was unable to eat the food due to how spicy it was. I could clearly see that the spicy ingredients had not been excluded. So I asked the staff and was brought a new plate. However, the new plate tasted exactly the same as the first one. The level of spice had not changed. I recommend this restaurant only to those who like spicy food!

We've been to this restaurant a few times, the food is good enough, but the service has on occasion been a bit strange. Today was our worst experience. We were the third table to order. My wife's food arrived about 10 minutes after ordering, as is usual. A further 15 minutes later my food still had not arrived, other customers who had arrived after us had been fully served by this time. The waitress finally came over, and quickly as she was walking away, telling us to wait a little longer. It wasn't particularly busy. I was on the verge of walking out, really not feeling very hungry by this point. About 5 minutes later my food arrived, with a very limited apology. My wife had finished eating. After eating about half, we made to leave. The supervisor said nothing until I told him how disappointed I was with the service today, outlining what had happened. Again he offered very little in the way of apology, there was no offer of service or any discount. He only conceeded that he would tell the waitress to apologies earlier in future (which would have helped a little). This restaurant has lost a customer, there are plenty of other Thai restaurants in Shimokitazawa.
Very tasty food. Not really authentic Thai, but unique. If you want spicy, you have to ask for it. Very friendly staff, quick service. Went with our 1 and 3 year old and the staff did their best to try to keep them happy. Great lunch spot!
We enjoyed their lunch but their shrimp toast was a disappointment. Except that, it's a good Thai food restaurant.
Really tasty thai in shimokitazawa. Nice atmosphere and not expensive.
