Very friendly and accommodating staff. They are also flexible on short notice changes so you don't have to worry too much such as when mistakenly booking one night instead of 2. They have comfortable rooms. Cthe place is cozy. sumptuous and satisfying breakfadt. I especially love the living room, dining area, and the bar.

The staff. The warm fire place. The comfy bed. Heat room downstairs to dry off snow gear. Basement common room for late nite louder parties (like mine) so you don't disturb other guests. Also they provide a wonderful breakfast each day before we set off to snowboard. Plus they have parking and shuttle service. I will always stay at this plays how whenever I come to Hakuba.
Always a great stay at Seventh Heaven - we had a huge group of 16 people but Lincoln was always there to help us and keep us comfy. Breakfast was always delicious too! Near a 7-11 and near major slopes like 47 and happo!
Friendly staff but a little expensive. Has discounts for the ski areas and are very knowledgeable about the area and places to eat. Also has breakfast included if you wanted.
Awesome place. We came all the way from Boston, Massachusetts and they made us feel at home the whole entire time. All the employees do a great job. Very helpful. Great experience. Would recommend to anyone.
Had a really cool time there. Rooms are not too good, but the „living room“ was nice to have. Even got a fire started for us in the TV
This place was amazing! We received such excellent service from everyone. The staff were so helpful recommending ski slopes and organising our rental gear. They also helped us get around town and recommended somewhere for dinner each night. If they're asking you where you want to go for dinner for the next few nights it's because the good places get booked up, so you need to book in advance, which they'll help you with.
Quite and Cozy location , walking distance to convenient store, restaurants and bars. Short drive to ski resort and friendly host. Highly recommended.
