We found this place only a month after they opened, but I still wish we'd found them sooner. Everything was amazing. The ice cream uses berries and herbs they grow themselves (try the chocolate mint and the strawberry cheesecake!!), and the pastries and bread used sourdough, and were phenomenal. Sourdough chocolate chip cookies? What?! Amazing. The donuts are filled with strawberry jam they also make themselves, and were delicious. My favorite thing was the ciabatta. I can only dream of making bread that good. I need to go back and try their sandwiches and pizza, if they're anything like that ciabatta. Just wow. The chef really knows his sourdough.

Great Pizza, delicious Gelato. Ashley also makes a really nice sour dough bread, a must stop on the way to Shakotan.
Beautiful gem in Shakotan. The pizza and fish-and-chips are amazing, the coffee and gelato are incredible. This little road side hidden gem is run by a professional chef who doesn’t take short cuts.
Amazing Ice cream! If you don't speak Japanese it's okay, they have English names for all the flavours so you won't be clueless! Highly recommended if you're in the area!

初訪問でしたが、お店の方の対応も良くとてもフレンドリーに接して頂きました‼️入店すると早速ブラウニーの試食を勧められ、一つ頂きましたが、とても美味しくテイクアウト️お目当てのジェラートは、そこで作った野菜等地元の物を使い、とてもあっさりとした美味しさがありました。お店前には平飼いの鶏達がおり、何ともまったりと過ごせました またお邪魔させて頂きます‼️ごちそうさまでした‼️今度は、快晴の日にお邪魔します‼️
最高に美味しいブラウニーとジェラートと自然に近い状態で育てている鶏の卵、 塩キャラメルジェラートをいただきました。ほろ苦いキャラメル味と濃すぎない塩が絶妙にマッチしていて美味しかった。卵は黄身は色が薄いけど味は卵はの甘味を感じられるとても美味しい卵でした。看板猫のみそちゃんも可愛かった。
お店の雰囲気がとてもいい! お店で売ってるアイス､ブラウニーは 全て手作りでとっても美味しかったです お店の中にいた猫のみそちゃんがとても可愛いです
