This is the worst service store I've ever seen. The staff’s attitude was extremely bad.

We stopped at ABC MART while shopping for fashion sneakers. The store was alright but it didn't seem to have as good selections compared to other stores we visited in the area. There are lots of popular brands though I found some of the options to be rather conservative.
I will tell you as an American I would hope all stores are as awesome as this one. I spoke to a very helpful manager that ordered the Converse All Star lite White Wide Strips for me and they looked awesome only problem they were a smidge too small. Two weeks later I am at Sunshine city trying to return them at an ABC Mart location and at first they say No. But I called the Harajuku store that morning so I know they will take the return. Long story short the manager emerges 5 minutes later with my cash and an apology. My experience ended up being a great one. I hope to go there again if they get 31CM shoes. マネージャーさんありがとう!
Really friendly and helpful people working here, the guy serving us ran back and forth to find the right size which we really appreciated. Great store and tax free if you have your passport!
Coming from a season traveller to Japan for nearly 5 years, THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I ENCOUNTERED! Please, ever since they upgraded their shop they seem to have upgraded their ego as well! I would give a negative score if I could! Even though I bought 3 pairs of Nike shoes hoping for at least a decent service but it was paired with black and sulking faces!
