Friendly staff and a beautiful shop. They are trying their best to communicate with you, for instance the person who helped me was an experienced user of Google translate. Highly recommend this store if you want to bring something wholesome to someone special at home.

今回初めて、お伺いさせていただきました。仕事の都合で年末の最終営業日に、駆け込みという形でご対応いただきました。私は今年で結婚4年目なので花婚式ということもあり、妻の大好きなドライフラワーのスワッグを一緒に作り、思い出に残すべくお力を貸していただきました。店内は心暖かいスタッフの方々とはうってかわって、無機質な空間になっているため、至るところに配置された草花からは、とても生を感じることができました。明日妻と同梱された作成マニュアルを見ながら自分達だけのスワッグを作ってみたいと思います。サービスに話を戻すと、店内はとてもクリーンな空間です。あらかじめ電話でご相談させていただいた部分もありますが、とても段取りが良く、接客も堅苦しすぎず、ラフ過ぎずとても居心地のいい空間でした。今回ご対応いただきました3名のスタッフ様には感謝しかありません。2020年はコロナウィルスで心も体も疲弊しきっていましたが、一年の最後に心暖まる数分間となりました。本当にオススメです。ありがとうございました。
