This is hands down one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at. Ate here a year ago and had to find it to have the steak again. The staff is also super nice and very accommodating for people who speak little Japanese.

Great food. We are from England ...and I'll be honest, at first we didn't realise that it was small portions, sharing style like tapas. But with limited English and their very helpful nature, the lovely waiting staff guided us through. (Plus Google translate). It is advertised as French Bistro and it is very good. We had the horse meat (which came with a raw egg and gorganzola), it was a little taster portion shared three ways and then we had the beef stew (with mashed potato), it was so tasty. Really well cooked, rich but not too rich, tender. Also, beef steak, perfect. Oh and the mashed potato also perfect. All in, with the wine, it's not the least expensive meal we've had whilst in Japan, our mistake, not realising that it was such small portions. Anyway, hopefully our mistake will help others... The staff were just delightful, really friendly and accommodating.
This place low quality for money compared to the standard expected in Tokyo. Bread was served from a bag, reheated with sprinkled water in a microwave. One of the waiters ate from the ham leg while on shift. Toilets were dirty and food was average. Soft drinks and 2 course meal cost 4k per person.

Make sure to grab something from the very reasonably priced steak board. Delicious and great service.
