The service was excellent. They fixed 2 phones very quickly. They fixed damaged screen and replaced battery. The cost was very reasonable and MUCH less than Apple Store. The staff was very helpful and true experts on iPhone repair. This is the best repair shop in Japan if you have a problem with iPhone

It is ok. I got my iPhone screen fixed there for reasonable price. However, only after getting it fixed that I realized that the screen is not original. There is a stark contrast between the original and the replaced screen. For example, the image quality, colour and glare are different. I disliked the new screen so much that I ended up getting a new phone. So I guess you get what you pay for. Had I known the difference in the quality, I would have opted to pay more for the original screen (though I am not sure whether they can do that or you must go to the Apple Store) Other than that, the store was hard to find but service was good and efficient. I got the screen replaced in less than 1 hour.

They replaced the broken glass on my iPhone6 in 25 minutes with no reservation for 10000. That's 5000 cheaper than at the Apple Store. A bit difficult to find, but a faster, cheaper option than the Apple Store for basic repairs
