The hospital is huge, and they give me vaccines, so I have navigated the hospital. It seems a bit complicated, but everyone is very nice, and all you need to do is ask. They are always quite friendly and accommodating. One reviewer said they came here for an influenza check-up. Don't come here for something a small clinic can do. In general, large hospitals in Japan are not the same as in other countries. Small clinics serve the purpose of general medicine. Large hospitals are where you go when small clinics don't cut it. There tends to be a longer wait because of the specific nature of everyone's diseases. The grounds are amazing; very healing with huge old trees, all kinds of plants, fruit trees, and even an herb garden. They also have a number of green roofs. Apparently they have a special group of volunteers dedicated to the landscape. There is a Starbucks inside, and small shop. There is also a nursing school and an orphanage on the grounds.

I visited the hospital to get a second opinion and consultation from an obstetrician. Receptionists and midwife were very nice and helpful but the doctor who’s also a Director in the hospital was extremely horrible .. she was so rude and had a very bad attitude. I latterly was struggling only to tell her what I was there for because she wasn’t giving me any chance to speak. She only red my information from the forms and started enforcing on me what she wants to say totally without hearing a word from me. She also seemed upset that I told her I have my ultrasounds ready and don’t really need to do it again. I felt like she was pushing me to do things to pay more money when I didnt actually need to as I was there only to consult. I was very upset and frustrated when I got out of there. I can’t remember her name but she was an old lady in clonic No. 9

One of the best hospital I went to in Japan, incredibly organized and very helpful staff. I am really impressed. Vending machines, Tully’s cafe and convenience store inside. Bus stop and taxi are just right outside.

The hospital being too big that there’s no decent services from this hospital. Thoughtless words were often uttered which I actually heard from moms and moreover even when kinds are in urgent situation without a proper inspection they transfer kids to another hospital when beds are full. And imagine what the consequence of such kids should be. The hospital really going to have to rethink about it’s operations rather than being too rude and beaurocratic to patients.
