North Village is a fun hookah bar on the second floor of this building. It feels like you’re inside someone’s living room (which I think was basically the point). Lots of couches, cozy spots to hang out with friends. The prices are fine and the equipment is good enough.

Shisha isn't great, hard to find and pretty sketchy place
A perfect little shisha haunt hidden in shibuya. Great shishas and cocktails at a reasonable price, and the atmosphere is lovely. Good character and charm with nice printed sofas, candles and bookshelves. Definitely worth a visit.
Don't go there! They have no prices for shisha in the menu. They charges us 40 per shisha. Be careful, ask for prices before you buy!
Good staff and good shisha. It gets crowded at night and weekends so it is a bit rowdy during those times. Has wifi and takes reservations.
