Now on 4F. Look for brown elevator door next to the entrance to the Celts bar. I've exchanged JPN to USD - I also needed some VND, a rarely stored Vietnamese currency. I was lucky to get all they've had in the store. The cashier even offered to contact their other branch to see if they could help. The staff was helpful, professional and careful with the exchange. Also, the store was open on the 3rd of January, unlike most of the competitors during the New Year's holidays.

Great exchange, gave 110.47 yen for 1. USD. Very convenient, not many other places will be that good. Great rate and friendly staff.
Rates are acceptable. They aren't exceptional, but they beat some other places around the area. If I came back in the future, I would visit this place again to get my money exchanged.
Very dodgy place to exchange money. I didn't realise when I got my money, but there was 900 euros missing as the amount they announced was different from the receipt. I've contacted customer service multiple times, but I keep getting the same person who says she's escalated the issue to her manager who'll reach out to me shortly but that never happened. I don't know if they scam people or if that's an honest mistake, but either way they refuse to take their responsibility which is very unusual for a Japanese business. Smells like Yakuza-business to me.
