The Japanese lady reception who is standing in the middle is terrible; she is not trying to help a customer who can't speak Japanese. I requested an English speaking, but they don't have today. I want to buy Marvelon pills, this is the second time I stop by there, the process is different with the first time so I don't know that have to check my blood pressure by myself and take some blood to test after that, the reception clearly know I can't speak or understand Japanese but she keep standing there and speaking fully Japanese , why don't she make a minute show me the machine to check my blood pressure? When customer can't understand the language why don't you use the action to teach them what to do ? That's not a difficult thing and customer smart enough to understand the action. Doctor and nurse are nice but the reception are worst, work like a robot with no heart, not try to help people when they need. I will never come back!

The staff was helpful with my basic japanese. The had English forms but no English pamphlets. No appointment but it was pretty fast. On the website it seemed cheaper than other clinics but there are extra fees here and there and makes it as expensive as the others.

クリニック名など間違えはありません。2020年4月に伺いました。担当が男性医師でした。日焼けしてネックレスが目立ってチャラい感じの雰囲気でした。受付の女性たちが何人もいて、「診察券をなくすと再発行に千円かかります」と念押しされて、最初から「感じ悪いな・・・」と思いました。。不正出血や動悸があったので調べてもらいたかったのに、血圧が高かったので、「内科にいってください」と言われて終わりました。結局、別の婦人科に診てもらったところ婦人系の病でした。そこからの治療はスムーズでした。こちらの病院には二度と行きません。 ※こちらの内容は、この病院で間違いないです。

自身で妊娠検査薬陽性確認後、腹痛と出血があった為日曜日やっていたこちらで受診しました。 腹痛の具合は陣痛と同じ様な子宮がぎゅーっとなる様で動けなくなるほどでした。 待ち時間は日曜日の割にはスムーズでした。 エコーでみてもらいましたが 科学的流産50%切迫流産40%子宮外妊娠10%と、図にして細かく説明をしてくれました。 が、万が一深夜になにかあったらの為、出産予定の産院でも見てもらってくださいとの事で、 翌日総合病院にて再度見てもらいましたところ、子宮外妊娠で緊急入院となりました。 こちらの先生は確率10%と言っていたものでしたので非常に驚きました。 診察結果は間違っておりましたが、 大きな病院で必ず見てもらってくださいの念を押してくださいましたので、結果よかったです。 「様子見でまた来てくださーい」だと、卵管破裂して死んでるところでした。 診察、説明どちらも丁寧でした。 地元にある古い婦人科よりも 生死に関わらない診察ならこちらの病院は綺麗だしいいなと思いました。

低用量ピル処方の為に行きました。受付から診察までオペレーション化されていて、スムーズでした。診察も女性の若い先生で、スピーディーな感じはしましたが、しっかりと話を聞いて診察して下さいました。沢山の人が来院する中で一番ベストな方法を取られていると思います。 悪い口コミがあり、少し心配していましたが、しっかり丁寧に対応して欲しいって方には合わないのかもしれません。低用量ピル処方のみの私にとっては良いクリニックです。

土日も診療してるのが良い。場所柄とても混んでるが、スピーディに診察してくれる。無駄な待ち時間が無くてストレスフリー。 看護師さんも親切でした。 名医を望んでいたり丁寧に診察してほしい人とかは不向きかもしれないです。
