The place is quite difficult to find. It's located at the second floor of the building and it's an open space full of different small "restaurants". It's was fully crowded when we get there. Try to find you way there as people just in front of building try to attract you in their restaurants. This a place full of local people and not much tourist. It's was really busy. The atmosphere was great and you can eat or just have a drink. It's quite a young place to be. It's a worthy place to try.

Two floors filled with Japanese grilled meats and good times! This place is difficult to find if you don't know what to look for. The restaurants are located on the second and third floor of a building complex just off the Shibuya Scramble before the Tokyo VR entrance. You can take the stairs on your right as you enter the building or queue to take the elevator. Once you get up there I suggest you take a walk around and see what is on offer and pick a place you like or is pretty crowded as the locals know what's good and flood this place too!
Great beef selection in this little corner shop!! Beef was cooked to perfection. Recommend to come in a big group to enjoy!!
A Japanese friend, who attends university in Tokyo, recommended this place to me. Drinks and foods are fairly cheap, great atmosphere. I only went to the BBQ section and there was a cover charge of 500 yen, which is pretty standard in most Japanese bars. They speak English well. It was bit difficult to find the place at first. But there was a person yelling the name, so that was helpful. The entrance is right next to TK Shibuya.
Food was good for the price we paid (fairly cheap). Hangout for locals and unique Japanese experience. Lively, to say the least.

Great Japanese food court in Shibuya. Plenty of small restaurants serving different Japanese food. Very cheap and very Japanese. Also very low key. No chairs, you sit on boxes and food is served to your table. Bring a group of friends and come here for an evening of good food and cheap alcohol.
So many places to choose from don't just pick the first people that shout to get your attention. Feel free to ask for help. The price is a more than regular Izakaya but worth it for the atmosphere. The name translates as "meat alley" so beware vegetarians. Drinks are cheap enough.
