We took snowboard lesson here and it was our first time in the snow. This place is suitable for beginner. We rent the gear for 1 day but they let us to use it 2 days for half day each. You can ride the car 6 times for the cheapest package
Have an awesome experience with them. Our private instructor is Simon. He is nice, and is very patience towards my wife and I as that is our first time skiing!
The manager, Robel is truly kind for arrangement. Good customer's service and flexibility.
Online request sent to reserve lessons followed by direct email as I heard nothing back. As there was still no feedback, I called and they told me they would call back to confirm but I heard nothing back... Very disappointed by the lack of professionalism. I found another ski school that was great, very responsive and cheaper eventually so probably good it did not work out in the end!
