Big resort hotel, pool outside, hot spring indoor and outdoor, big ballroom, good for massive group and great for conferences, the the hotel is a bit old, but still its charm. Good also for family.
Good service, a little bit too many traveler so the hotel's elevator were not enough.
Beautiful location, nice view, friendly stuff. However, when it's crowded, it's going to be chaos... You need to wait for the elevator for half an hour, long lines for both restaurant and the public bath. Food is not bad but not great.
Very nice views around the hotel and a typical spot for enjoying onsen Japanese style. You can go down to the public hot spring bath or just have a normal bath in your room. We tried to use their tennis court, but this was not kept up at all, try to find other facilities if tennis is in your itinerary.
The banquet was great. The staff did everything they could to make my family and I feel at home. A bus picked us up from the station to the hotel. There is also an enjoyable theme park nearby that the kids loved
