初めてのSUP。2時間スクール、普段運動もしない体力も自信ない私でも、丁寧な指導で無事、水にも落ちず、立って漕げました。 湾内なので波も静か、沖に出ると富士山も見える立地！ お店からすぐ浜なのも好、高ポイント！興味ある方は是非一度！！ 意外と運動量あり、気分爽快といいことずくめハマりそう！
