Was lucky enough to train some submission grappling here while travelling around Japan. Wonderful, welcoming and talented people to train with I recommend this gym highly. Great for BJJ, submission grappling and Greco Roman wrestling.

Awesome, friendly Kickboxing gym. Open practice in the evening. Owner very welcoming and was glad to let me work out as I was backpacking through Kyoto.

京都駅からも近いので、利便性高くなりました！ 私は格闘技(キックボクシング)10年ぶりに始めたのですが、師範(指導者)は非常に懇切丁寧で、何より論理的に指導してもらったおかげで試合でも無事勝利を得ることができました！ 初心者から中級者には特にオススメです！ それぞれのレベルに応じて、練習メニューを配分していただけます！ また試合というより体を動かすという目的の方もオススメです。 フィットネス感覚でご利用している方も非常に多いですよ！ 来ている方は海外の方、大学生、社会人、女性の方と幅が広く、居心地も非常に良かったので帰ってしまうのが遅くなったぐらいです笑 私個人としては、転勤のため空我道場から離れてしまいましたが、空我道場に通ったおかげでキックボクシングが大好きになりました！！ ぜひぜひ、キックボクシングジムは空我道場をオススメします！！！

柔術クラスでは親切丁寧な指導をしていただき、みんな仲良くトレーニングをしてます。ブラジリアン柔術は打撃がなく、絞め技関節技で勝敗を決めます。重要なのは力ではなくテクニックです。そのテクニックを使って相手より良いポジションを得ることで極めに行くことが出来ます。そのテクニックが繋がった時の嬉しさや楽しさがたまらなく好きです。是非一緒に楽しくトレーニングしましょう。待ってます！
