The staff are always kind, courteous, and professional. The gondola is well maintained, despite it being in the middle of snow season.

入り口入ってすぐの台に無料の試供品（？）が置いてあり、どうぞご自由にお取りください。とある。 こういうのは初めてで、遠慮していたが、昼過ぎに見ると少しなくなっていたので、リポビタンと栄養補助食品を一つづつ頂いてみた。外食が多くなると、サクッとベジタブルも良いのではないかと思える。 チケットは入って右手にあり、初めての方でもすぐに分かる動線は良い。トイレも近くにある。 ホテルと一体になっているので、堂々と居酒屋もある。次回はプリンスホテルに泊まってみたいものだ。
