Shin-kiba station has JR Keiyo line, Rinkai line and Yurakucho line. I usually take this station when I take a journey from Chiba to Daiba for Venus Fort or Daiver city or to visit other attractions. My observation is that it costs less than any other routes. Though it needs to transfer the train twice. But you have to change at least one whatever route be taken.

Shin Kiba station is very near to Tokyo Disney Land. From Shin kiba you can directly get a train to Maihama station, which is the stop for Disney Land. This is one of the newly & very well developed area of Tokyo. Around station you will find many High Rise and High Tech buildings of residence and Restaurants.

This is a station where you can transfer between JR Keio Line, Tokyo Waterfront Area Rapid Transit Rinkai Line, and Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line.

Trying to figure our way to Odaiba, we had to jump a few stations. So we got to Tokyo station, where we go on the Yurakucho line to Shin-Kiba, then jumped on the Rinkai line. ---------------------------------- Once we got there, we had to go upstairs to get to Rinkai's platform. I found it a really nice station.
