A great experience! Everything right about Japan; efficient, thorough, helpful and with phenomenal customer service. Most staff speak English and they have interpreters available, if needed, and they also have interpreter devices that work with the push of a button. I was an in-patient for five days, and is was an awesome experience. The food was surprisingly good. Japanese, of course, but very visually appealing. The hot food was hot and the cold food was cold.

Been going here for many years. Very welcoming staff, well prepared with English materials, highly professional medical staff. You’ll also appreciate the automation that makes the admin all very quick and efficient.
Had a medical emergency and was referred here by another clinic. Staff were able to help in English and the Dr. I saw (Dr. Hayashi) went above and beyond to make sure things were resolved. I would give six stars just for Dr. Hayashi's commitment if I could. Thank you.

I was admitted there for gall bladder stone removal, i was there for 3 nights. The Dr who attended me spoke very good English and explained to me everything very well . The evening before the operation they send a nurse to explain to me the next days procedure, but she brought along another one who could translate from Japanese to English. The nurses were very helpful and friendly especially the night nurse. One can choose between private word and general word, I chose general because I didn’t want to be lonely. A very nice clean hospital.
