I was interested on Fujitsu PC and I was looking for staff to ask the information. I asked a guy standing close there, but he said he was responsible for another brand. I asked the second, and he also said so. Finally the third person took care of us and we finally bought pc. I don’t understand they are the same Bicacamera staff, but they care only their brand while they are in the same house. The previous two guys were just standing. They were not busy with other customers. At least they should introduce another staff who responsible for that brand!

Located at 2nd floor of Odakyu Department Store. Big Camera here not just selling camera and electronic device, also selling souvenir, candies, wine, suitcase and there is official counter of merchandise of Olympic 2020 Tokyo.
They sell everything. It's like a department store but focus more in electronic stuff and no shoes, cloth and bags, etc, but you can find pretty much everything else. Wife was there to purchase health related product and cosmetic. Foreigner with passport get tax free and 7% with electronic and 5% with drug and cosmetic. Oh, BE AWARE...not all electronics are cheaper then US...compare before you buy...I was looking for lent protector for my Sony Action Cam, I can get it from EBay for 22 and here, it's like 3010 yen...
Do all your first and/or the last minute souvenir shopping here. Here is why - pretty competitive price and lots of inventory. I've found stuff other stores don't carry at this very location. I’m sure timing had a lot to do with it, but the chances are that they stay on top because of such high traffic. They know how to cater to the international market. The staff are generally very helpful (I've never had any problems), you can usually find an English speaking staff in each and every building of this store location. Look for stuff here first, go some place else if you don't like the price. Come back later if this is a better deal.
