The food is tasty but the service is pretty bad... If you don't care about be treated poorly and really rude... maybe you can enjoy this place! Take care with prices... I chosen all you can eat fondue but to be eligible for it I staff told me that I MUST order 2 drinks and 2 foods besides of this fondue.... They put the price down but you're required to order additional things... I don't liked it... looks a tourist trap... And 30 minutes before all you can eat time finish... ask for last order and exactly when time finished... even you not finished to eat... we was asked to leave! Very rude! I asked to pay after finish and they told me not!! It is not like a Japanese service... more like a tourist trap just to get your money... be careful!

We were really surprised by the quality of their food. first time when we visited this place, we took 4 kinds cheese fondue (I think it is a time limited menu) and was really good and just enough for two people. For dessert, we got another time limited item - Chicago style dessert pizza with an ice cream and some kind of cheese in it. It was yummy. The second time we had a pink Chicago pizza, Camembert ajilo, and Basque style cheesecake. The pizza was great. Cheese pull amazing, and it is not big but quite filling. The camembert was okay and the cake was so-so. The service is good, especially the second time the service was really amazing. Must go for cheese lovers.

女子会のチーズのコースを頼みました！ 8品ボリューム満点で、チーズフォンデュも美味しかったです お腹いっぱいになりましたー！ 予約時間より早い時間にもかかわらず快く席に案内してくれたのが嬉しかったです！
店員さんに、氷抜きのハイボール頼んだんですが 的確に持って来てくれたスタッフの方は、女子1名でそれ以外のスタッフの方は必ず間違えていました。 お料理はシーザーサラダとチキンや枝豆も美味しかったです_ 駅から近いのと、個室でカーテンか、とびらで仕切られているので感じ的に おデート向けだと思います！
お野菜やお肉料理はまあまあ美味しいです。お店の予約フォームがとても使いやすい。 でもこれはチーズフォンデュではなくて、チーズソースを付けて食べる料理、です。チーズソースはバジルや明太など色んな味が楽しめますが、チーズでないです。そこが個人的にはやはり残念でした。 生野菜は美味しいのですが、チーズフォンデュのセットで出てくるグリル野菜は歯ごたえなし又はパサパサで残念の一言。生のまま出してくれた方がいい。 お店全体はこぎれいなのですが、女性用お手洗いがすごく狭い。誰か知り合いが行きたいと言ったら同行はするかもしれませんが、自分ではもう行かないです。
